SMS Messaging Consent
Lima Charlie offers optional SMS (text message) notifications to keep you informed about important updates and information related to your account and the App.
How to Opt-In
To opt-in to receive SMS messages from Lima Charlie:
- You can enable SMS notifications in the App settings, or
- When you receive your first SMS message, reply with the keyword START to confirm your subscription
By replying START, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lima Charlie. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt-Out
You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message from Lima Charlie, or
- Disabling SMS notifications in the App settings
After you opt-out, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS notifications. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or re-enabling notifications in the App settings.
Message Frequency
SMS messages are sent only when necessary for App functionality, such as:
- Account verification codes
- Important account notifications
- Security alerts
- App-related updates (only if you have enabled this option)
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Lima Charlie does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging rates. Please check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Carrier Information
Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. SMS messaging may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Opt-in or opt-out of SMS messages at any time
- Change your SMS preferences in the App settings
- Contact us with questions or concerns about SMS messaging
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you can opt-out at any time without affecting your ability to use the App.
